Effective and updated: September 4, 2026
1. Provider, acceptance and purpose
These Terms govern Project Ledger by Tervalum, provided by Tervalum Systems. By using Project Ledger, you agree to these Terms. The service provides authenticated, durable continuity for non-sensitive project facts, decisions, handoffs, superseded facts and verified failure lessons.
2. Your responsibilities
Provide only information you have authority to submit and process. Review records and tool results for accuracy and suitability. You remain responsible for your decisions, lawful use and applicable professional or organizational requirements. Project Ledger does not provide legal or professional advice or guarantee any particular result.
3. Prohibited information
Do not store passwords, API keys, tokens, MFA codes, private keys, payment-card data, protected health information, government identifiers or full chat transcripts. Use Project Ledger only for non-sensitive project information. Do not attempt to bypass the service's restricted-data checks.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the service unlawfully, infringe others' rights, seek unauthorized access to another account, interfere with service operation or evade authentication or tenant-isolation controls. Access may be restricted or suspended to address misuse or threats to service security.
5. Account security and client platforms
Protect your sign-in account and access to connected clients. Use only accounts you are authorized to access, review authorization requests and report suspected unauthorized use to info@tervalum.com. Auth0 supplies authentication, and a client platform such as OpenAI may apply its own terms and access requirements.
6. Export, deletion and independent copies
You can export account data and request account-data deletion through the authenticated service. Review the result of your request. Deletion removes deleted data from the primary Project Ledger datastore; disconnecting a client is not a deletion request. Exported copies and records held separately by other platforms must be managed separately.
Maintain independent copies of critical information. No scheduled backups are presently configured for the Project Ledger production volume on Railway, and recovery of deleted or lost information is not promised. See the Project Ledger Privacy Policy for data handling details.
7. Availability and changes
The service may change, be interrupted for maintenance or security reasons, or become unavailable. Features and client compatibility may change, and the service may be discontinued. Continuous availability, permanent storage and uninterrupted access are not guaranteed.
8. Intellectual property
You retain your rights in the content you provide. You authorize Tervalum Systems to process that content as needed to operate the service and fulfill your requests. Tervalum Systems and its licensors retain their rights in the service, software and branding. Using Project Ledger does not transfer ownership of those materials to you.
9. Warranties and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available and without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free results or fitness for a particular purpose. To that extent, Tervalum Systems is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from service use or unavailability, including lost opportunities or reliance on inaccurate or incomplete project information. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
10. Changes to these Terms and contact
These Terms may be updated as the service changes. The date above identifies this version. For questions about the service or these Terms, contact info@tervalum.com.
