Project Ledger by Tervalum, published by Tervalum Systems, provides authenticated, durable project continuity for non-sensitive project facts, decisions, handoffs, superseded facts and verified failure lessons.
Keep project state useful
- Search project state and record facts and decisions for later work.
- Supersede outdated facts so a correction can be distinguished from earlier information.
- Create and retrieve handoffs to carry useful context into the next work session.
- Record and search verified failure lessons to help avoid repeating a known problem.
- Inspect audit history, export account data and delete account data.
Working with ChatGPT and OpenAI surfaces
Project Ledger exposes an authenticated Model Context Protocol (MCP) endpoint at https://ledger.tervalum.com/mcp. In a ChatGPT or other OpenAI surface that supports connecting an MCP service, connect Project Ledger and complete the Auth0 sign-in and authorization flow. Connection availability and controls depend on the client platform.
Use the connected service to request specific actions, such as searching a project's current facts or saving a concise handoff. Review information before recording it and verify retrieved facts before relying on them. Project Ledger stores the project content you intentionally provide through its tools; it is not a place to archive full conversations.
Privacy-oriented design
OAuth authentication is provided through Auth0. HTTPS protects information in transit, and per-user tenant isolation separates users' Project Ledger records. Restricted credential and sensitive-data storage is rejected. These controls do not make the service suitable for sensitive records.
Do not store passwords, API keys, tokens, MFA codes, private keys, payment-card data, protected health information, government identifiers or full chat transcripts. Use Project Ledger only for non-sensitive project information.
You can export your account data and request account-data deletion through the connected service. Keep independent copies of critical information.
