Available Tervalum Systems products are downloadable software licensed under perpetual licence terms. Refunds may be available where required by law, approved by the merchant of record, or provided by an applicable product warranty.
Merchant of record
Lemon Squeezy is currently used for Tervalum Systems software purchases when presented at checkout. A different provider applies only when explicitly presented at checkout. Refunds for merchant-of-record transactions normally must be processed through the provider that processed the order.
Potential refund circumstances
- Duplicate or unauthorized charge.
- Nondelivery of software or licence.
- A covered material defect under an applicable product warranty.
- Merchant-of-record approval.
- A refund required by law.
Investigator Professional
Investigator Professional purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy. Refund requests for those transactions must be handled through Lemon Squeezy under the applicable buyer terms and transaction record.
